All Manila Recruitment team members involved in AI-assisted content creation receive proper training on both the technical use of AI tools and the ethical standards outlined in this policy. This ensures that our team understands how to use AI effectively, responsibly, and in line with our values.

Transparency & Disclosure

When a section of our content is substantially generated or influenced by AI, we will clearly disclose it with a note such as: “This section was generated with AI assistance and reviewed by our team.”

Quality & Accuracy Standards

We hold all content,whether AI-assisted or human-authored,to the same editorial standards. Our team verifies factual accuracy, ensures clarity, checks for potential bias, and aligns all content with our brand’s voice and values. AI is a tool to assist our process, not a replacement for journalistic integrity.

User-Generated AI Content

If external authors submit AI-generated content and other contributions, we reserve the right to moderate, edit, or label such content to ensure it meets our standards and complies with this policy.
