SUCCESS FEE

The success fee is only billed after hire, and is calculated at 2 months of the candidates total gross monthly earnings. No percentage of annual salary is charged, no 13th month salary (customary in the Philippines) is included, and there are no hidden fees!

FREE REPLACEMENT

The average success fee charged for Executive/Management Search is 20% of the total gross, annual compensation of the chosen candidate. This is based on the Philippines having a customary 13 months of salary per year. If you annualize our fee of 2 months of total gross earnings (across 12 months only, as we don’t feel it is right to charge for a 13th month), it is equal to 16.66% of the annual compensation.
