KEY SEARCH TERMS

INITIAL FEE

To start recruiting now, pay an initial fee of Php7,000. Pay online now, deducted later from our competitive success fee.

SUCCESS FEE

The success fee is only billed after hire, and is calculated at 2.25 months of the candidates’ total gross monthly earnings. No 13th month salary (customary in the Philippines) is included, and there are no hidden fees!

CONSULTATION

An extensive, consultation is offered upon engagement. We want to gain the deepest understanding of your company, your requirements, the position, and offer advice to ensure success.

FREE REPLACEMENT

We offer a free replacement candidate if things don’t work out within the first 6 months.

Why do you require 30 days' exclusivity?

Keen to use multiple recruitment agencies and search firms? We co-ordinate with specialist recruiters to save you the hassle of negotiating commission rates, tracking resume submissions, and preventing candidates from having multiple calls from different agents, who often confuse them with inconsistent information. We only work as the exclusive lead recruitment partner (you wouldn’t ask two law firms to draft the same contract for you… would you?).

It’s more effective and more efficient if handled by one highly qualified resource who “lives it and breathes it” through to completion. If a recruiter feels that what they are working on can be pulled out from underneath them at any time, they often don’t put their everything into it. Or they gravitate towards the low-hanging fruit amongst their schedule of recruitment cases.

Working under exclusivity for 30 days, we have eliminated those issues encountered with standard, contingency (multi-agency) relationships. Appointing us under exclusivity allows us to confidently invest into the closest working relationship with you. Are your success fees really competitive?

Yes, it is below industry average. With the usual range for Executive search fees in the Philippines starting at 20% of 13 months (equal to 2.6 months’ salary), our service is not only the most professional in the city, but it is also priced fairly. We know that in the Philippines it is customary to pay employees 13 months of salary, but we don’t feel it is right to invoice our clients against 13 months’ of salary!
